Digital microscopes
Microscope - an indispensable attribute of any production of electronics
A microscope is a high-tech optical device for researching, observing, measuring and testing materials with multiple magnification.
The microscope is a tube in which the main parts are fixed: the lens and the eyepiece. The entire system, depending on the destination, is on a movable stand, which is mounted on a subject table. For the accuracy of focusing the image, a tripod is used, which has a system of screws and clips that allows the microscope lens to be moved to the right / left and up / down. The subject table of a modern microscope has a manual or automatic system of movement along the X and Y axes for moving the object of study. Additional devices and systems, such as a modern PC, allow you to display an image on the monitor screen, as well as measure the objects under study.
Depending on the purpose, specialized microscopes can be used:
- Masters who perform high-precision work, such as soldering, applying tracks, inspecting solder, detecting counterfeit components, etc.
- Production technologists for researching new materials (solder paste solutions, various liquids, etc.), checking the quality of joints (microcracks, irregularities, corrosion, etc.), measuring small objects and distances (electronic components, contact pads, tracks, vias of printed circuit boards)
